Orion Dollars - Affiliate terms & conditions

This Affiliate Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you (the "Affiliate") and Orion Web Studio Limited.

By joining the Orion Dollars affiliate program you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You are at least 18 years old.

1 account only per webmaster/company allowed.

Commissions:

Partner Program:

We will pay you 50% from all initial and recurring sales.

If you send over 30 signups per month we will raise your share to 55%.

If you send over 60 signups per month we will raise your share to 60%.

If you send over 90 signups per month we will raise your share to 65%.

Webmaster Referral Program:

Get 5% from all sales that a referred webmasters makes. Relatives and employees are not eligible as referrals and any attempt to refer ineligible individuals to the program will result in immediate account termination.

Payouts:

Payouts by partnership program:

All payouts are made in US funds by wire, E-passporte, Fethard, WM. Earning below $100 will be rolled over to the next period till you reach the minimum payout of $100. Pay Period one is from the 1st through the 15th of each month. Pay Period two is from the 16th to the end of the month. Pay Period one will be payed on the 1st of next month, if the 1st day is not a business day, payments will be sent on the first business day following the 1st. Pay Period two will be payed on the 15th of the following month, if the 15th day is not a business day, payments will be sent on the first business day following the 15th. For payments over $300 you can request payment by wire transfer. For wire transfers there is processing fee of $25, for E-passporte there is processing fee of 2.5%, Webmoney processing fee is 2.5% (min. $2), all transfers to Fethard processing fee is 2.5% (min. $2). Please, note, we deduct 50% of billing penalty for chargebacks. You should not misrepresent our site(s), including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership. Spamming is not allowed.

We do not accept traffic from the following types of web sites:

Sites that contain or imply to contain images or video of any person under the age of 18;

Sites that advertise, imply to contain or promote sex with minors; Sites that contain, advertise, imply to contain or promote sex with animals;

Sites that contain, advertise, imply to contain or promote rape or sex without consent;

Sites that distribute, contain or imply to contain pirated software, pirated audio files, pirated video files, pirated images or any other pirated material;

Sites that have their URL promoted in news group messages or unsolicited email messages (UCE).

Our banners or links may not be displayed on web pages that contain the following words in the Meta tags, page title, page body or anywhere else in the HTML code:

"Lolita", "child", "children", "underage", "pre-teen", "minor", "rape", or any synonym for the aforementioned words.

Any attempt to imply otherwise will lead to immediate termination of your account.

All advertising items like banners and ads must be served from your bandwidth. No hotlinking allowed, except for the webmaster referral banners/buttons provided in the members area with purpose for use in the signature on webmasters boards.

Fraudulent Activity.

You acknowledge and agree that OrionDollars.com shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time to expand or modify what it determines to constitute possible fraudulent activity. You may not attempt to simulate signups, clicks or traffic to any of the web sites in the OrionDollars program. Any attempt to defraud or mislead us or any tampering with the signup form to any of our web sites will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
